In the “We Call it Soccer” podcast, co-hosts Hudson Delorme and Ben Fraser cover relevant news and hot topics surrounding the world’s game. With an American focus, we discuss the US Men’s National Team and follow the development of our players at home and abroad. Both big Chelsea fans, we are always sure to discuss our team in each episode, as well as broader stories in the Premier League. This show involves a wide variety of soccer topics, and we hope to convey the passion that many Americans like us have for the sport!

In our 12th episode this season, we welcome Hudson’s brother and loyal WCIS supporter Garrett Delorme onto the podcast. Tune in to hear us discuss SDFC’s opening day win against LA Galaxy, pick our Mount Rushmores of Chelsea and USMNT players, and predict each Champions League Round of 16 tie. WCIS S2: Episode 11- Mckennie’s UCL thunderbolt, evaluating Chelsea’s American owners, and previewing SDFC’s first season in MLS

In our 11th episode this season (and 30th overall), the boys wrap the key moments from our USMNT player over the last 3 weeks, including Mckennie’s incredible volley in the UCL against PSV. We then do a flyover evaluation of Chelsea’s brief history under their new ownership, and analyze how much of a failure it’s been thus far. We segue from the EPL back home to the MLS, where we preview SDFC’s first season in the MLS beginning this Sunday (Ben will be in attendance to bring us the news). To wrap it up, we sum up the Serie A table right now and Hudson provides some first-hand stories from Italy.

WCIS S2: Episode 10- USMNT January camp and live action Serie A updates

In the 10th episode of our 2nd season, the boys highlight a couple players from the recent USMNT January camp, as well as wrap up the club form of some key Americans in Europe over the last few weeks. To wrap it up, we analyze Chelsea's continued dip in form over the last month and discuss some questionable transfer rumors for the Blues.
