Parma Calcio 1913 vs Roma - A 1-0 Win for Roma at the Tardini
It was my first game at the Tardini, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Though a red card for 18 year old Parma defender Giovanni Leoni took the sting out of the game in the 30th minute, the atmosphere was incredible throughout. Entirely different to my experience at San Siro, the Tardini offers an authentic small-town Italian feel. The passion surrounds you everywhere, despite Parma’s struggles this season. My First Serie A Game: AC Milan vs Parma Review
Walking up to the San Siro, I was immediately overwhelmed by the atmosphere, the passion, and the beauty of such an incredible stadium. AC Milan is one of the most historic clubs in Europe, and it was a dream to experience a game in person. Not to mention, I witnessed a comeback for the ages, as Milan scored two goals in added time to steal a 3-2 victory over Parma. Supercoppa Champions
An incredible story has come from our AC Milan players, Christian Pulisic and Yunus Musah. The pair played pivotal roles in two dramatic comeback victories against bitter rivals to secure their first trophy with the historic AC Milan. Christian started the new year on the sideline from a calf injury he picked up in December with concerns of not exactly knowing when he will return, as we discussed in Episode 8. However, he managed to suit up against Juventus in the semi-final and the final against Inter Milan. Yunus was incredibly impactful as well across these two matches, subbing in against Juve, and starting in the final.
Christmas is Over. It’s Time for the USMNT Mid-season Review
The big leagues all across Europe are reaching their halfway points, and it seems an appropriate time to evaluate how it’s gone for some of our main USMNT boys playing abroad. I’m going to pick 11 players I deem worthy of highlighting, and give them each a letter grade based on their performances during the season so far. I want to preface the article by stating that these letter grades are by no means final for the season. These players all have the opportunity to pick up form in the second half of the season, or do the opposite and drop off.
